Are you looking for a little psychological lift this Labor Day? We here at the Orlando Weekly are proud to provide your daily recommended cuteness-induced “Two Minutes of Awwww” with the following video.

Last Sunday (8/25/13), the Orlando REP hosted Canines, Cats, & Cabaret 3, the third annual theatrical fundraiser supporting Orange County Animal Services. Once again emceed by Eric Pinder, this year's gala raised over $4000 for the care of homeless pets, but it had a more direct impact on two cats in particular.

After the performance, two kittens no more than a couple weeks old were discovered hiding in the engine compartments of cars belonging to Genevieve Bernard and Adrienne Nichols of Voci Dance, which participated in the event. The cats were eventually lured out and named “Kia” and “Fiat” after the vehicles they were found in.

The following video features the voice of Cid Stoll, organizer of Canines, Cats, & Cabaret, who will foster the kittens until their are old enough to be neutered and adopted. If you want to help support abandoned animals like these, you have a few more days left follow this link and contribute to Stoll's GoFundMe, which has already raised $1400 for improvements to Orange County's shelter facilities.
