UCF’s KnightLYNX now offers rides to downtown Orlando
As a UCF student, there’s nothing more frustrating than getting ready for a night out on the town with my friends and driving to downtown Orlando, only to find zero parking – or parking that’s free. It could really put a damper on the entire night, and paying for parking really cuts into my college-student budget.
UCF Student Government Association seems to have solved this eternal dilemma which plagues every college student who just wants to break away from all that homework. KnightLYNX Red Line is now providing UCF students a ride to and from downtown Orlando on Friday and Saturday nights. Now you don’t have to have that uncomfortable conversation of who’s the designated driver for the night, whose car you’re taking, where to park or if you have enough money to park.
Remember: KnightLYNX is free for all UCF students with a valid UCF ID card. KnightLYNX Red Line runs 9-11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, with pick-up taking place between 1–3 a.m.

UCF SGA may have solved the drinking-and-driving problem, but they can’t do anything if you give your number to that stage-five stalker at the bar – because you’re just so happy that you have more money to throw a couple more back. That’s all you, friend.
