While it might appear as though Orlando’s horde of mobile food vendors continues to grow with each weekly dining pod and monthly Food Truck Bazaar, you’ll find out tonight all of the key ingredients behind this budding chow-down meme. As part of the library’s “Small Business Big Ideas” series, TheDailyCity.com’s Mark Baratelli invites local food truck chefs and owners – from the Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, the Traveling Gourmet, Melissa’s Chicken and Waffles and others – to dish out tricks of the food-truck trade.
