Last-minute addition to tonight’s Third Thursday Gallery Hop
We just received word that TheDailyCity.com Mobile Art Show will join other venues as part of the Third Thursday Gallery Hop in downtown Orlando tonight after what seems to be a down-to-the-wire decision. This month’s transient show – appropriately titled after TheDailyCity.com founder – is called Mark Baratelli’s CarVersations and introduces a performance-art aspect to the monthly gathering, with patrons paying a buck to sit in a car with notable locals.
“What transpires can be deep conversation, awkward silence,” per TheDailyCity.com. “The person is different each time the show takes place.”
The night will begin with performance-art everyman Brian Feldman (naturally). It’ll cost you just a buck donation to pick his brain. Whether that’ll be very intriguing or uncomfortably awkward we’ll leave up to you.
The Mobile Art Show will be parked at the corner of Orange and Pine streets from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight.
